That is why, we are committed to handmade, finish and ship your jewelry order for delivery within 7-9 business days. Although each order is customized to your requirement, our jewelry team fulfills and ships the order in 7 days or earlier if possible.
1) How soon is each order shipped?
All our jewelry at KisnaGems.co.uk including all gemstone jewelry and diamond jewelry is handmade and customized to your order specifications. However we prepare and ship all orders for delivery within 7-9 business days once we receive them. We want you to receive and start enjoying your jewelry order fast.
2) How is my order shipped?
All orders at KisnaGems.co.uk are shipped either via Fedex Express, Fedex Ground or by royal mail.If you have upgraded your order to expedite shipping, then we will ship your order via Fedex Express for overnight delivery only. Once the order is shipped, we will update you with tracking number and you can track your order online.
3)Once Order is shipped, When will I receive it?
Please note that orders shipped via Fedex Express are delivered to you the very next day once they are shipped. If you have upgraded your order to expedite shipping, then we will ship your order via Fedex Express. For orders shipped via normal shipping method such as Fedex Ground or royal mail postal shipping, please allow between 2 to 4 days for delivery once shipped.
4) Will you update me with tracking number and is there insurance?
All orders are shipping with full insurance and tracking number. Once the order is shipped, we will update you with tracking number for the package. Please note that it might take few hours for the tracking numbers to work in the shipping company website. All jeweLlery orders shipped via KisnaGems.co.uk come with full insurance. In a rare case if anything happens to your package, your purchase is completely safe as it is insured.
5)Will I need to sign for my package?
Please note that orders shipped via Fedex will require a signature on delivery. If you are not present to sign for the package at the time of delivery, fedex will leave you a delivery notice and you can contact Fedex to rearrange a delivery time. Orders via USPS (postal service) may or may not be shipped with a signature confirmation requirement. If you have any specific needs about your order, please contact us via email and we will do the same.

The KISNA GEMS JEWELLERY store started in 2007. Although we have been making jewellery much longer, but we started to finally do it for ourselves in 2007. Our two main Jewellers Jonathan and Sabin wanted to create a platform where couples can come and find a unique piece of jewellery that they can personalize and wear, which reflects their love, their values and their uniqueness. We did not want to make something that you can find or see anywhere but we wanted to create unique one of kind handmade jewellery which is as unique as your love story.
